The Camel's hair has been semi-dehaired, meaning that most of the coarse guard hairs have been removed to leave the soft downy hair, but there will be still some work to do if you would like to be extra-soft and kemp-free. The wool will felt very easy because it has short fibers, and camel usually felts very easily. You can either spin the cloud just as it is if you are an experienced spinner (look at the video), or make punis or rolags if you are a beginner spinner using some hand carders. It can also be carded or combined with other interesting fibers like silk, merino, Rambouillet, to add interest or to make it easier to spin.
